Prosmart and SGS Hong Kong Ltd.


Prosmart Consultants Limited and SGS Hong Kong Ltd., a member of the SGS Group, the global leader and innovator in inspection, verification, testing and certification services, conducted a joint seminar in Cantonese on “Qualicert”, Europe's highly respected service certificate system on 27 March 2006, 15:00~1730. The seminar focused on what it takes for businesses to attain the standards of “Qualicert” and the tangible benefits in return.

David Pun, Prosmart’s Business Development Director, started the seminar with a presentation on “Integrated & Excellent Customer Service to Boost Company Sales & Profit” which re-visited in depth his direct experience in enhancing customer service standards covering the following key contents:

  1. The direction of creating a “Happy Working Environment”
  2. How “Internal Customer Service” works toward achieving integrated and excellent customer service?
  3. “Customer Service Pitfalls and Traps” in retail industry

簡介會首先由綽越的業務發展董事潘國樑主講“透過全面性的卓越顧客服務以提升企業的銷售額與利潤”, 主要內容包括:

  1. 創造“愉快工作環境”的方向性
  2. 怎能運用“內部顧客服務”使企業達到提供全面性的卓越顧客服務?
  3. 零售業內“服務顧客時易犯的錯誤與常見的陷阱”並深入地分享成功個案。
